James Olabode Bamidele ROTIMI

Professor James Olabode Bamidele Rotimi is a Professor of Construction Economics and Management at Massey University, New Zealand. With more than three decades of academic, research, and industry experience across Nigeria, South Africa, and New Zealand, he is recognised internationally for his work in construction economics, project management, and sustainable built environment research.

Professor Rotimi holds a PhD in Construction Management from Auckland University of Technology (New Zealand), an MSc in Construction Management from University of Lagos (Nigeria), and a B.Tech (Hons) in Building from the Federal University of Technology Akure (Nigeria).
He is a Chartered Construction Manager (CIOB) and a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (RICS), combining both academic and professional expertise.
